Robert and William Kennedy established Kennedy Brothers, Inc., the company’s predecessor, in Chicago in 1962. By 1978, the company expanded into South Florida continuing their successful endeavors and adding lifestyle communities throughout the area. Today, Chairman Robert Kennedy and CEO Stephen Gravett have assembled a management team comprised of professionals with recognized leadership in the industry. They are continuing to develop new communities in the successful model established over 50 years ago.
